What you’ll be doing: As a Medical Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of your territory and drive sales across the renal care product portfolio. Your focus will be on building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, expanding your market, and delivering outstanding service to customers and patients alike. Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally to execute strategic business plans
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and staying informed on product and market trends
A bit about you: This role is ideal for someone in their first or early career role who is ready to step up and grow into a high-performing medical sales career. A background in Biomedical Sciences (or a related field) is particularly advantageous. You must be based in Birmingham, Warwickshire, or Oxford/A34, and be able to travel consistently for work, up to 80% of your time will be field-based. At least 3 years’ experience in the medical sector selling consumable products – OR – be a graduate with relevant qualifications and strong potential.
