What will your day to day look like? This is a role where you’ll lead the design of PLM solutions and create meaningful relationships with clients to help them get the best out of their tech. Your day to day might look a little like:
- Engaging with Clients to gather their business requirements
- Providing solutions to their specific needs
- Leading the implementation of PLM solutions
- Planning and implementing data migration engagements
- Integrating PLM solutions with other enterprise systems
- Training and guiding client teams on the use of product use
- Providing technical support
This role reports to the Head of Professional Services, so there’s plenty of opportunities for you to learn from the best and gain some great visibility, too.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have 10+ years’ experience in business-to-business consulting
- Know how to use PTC Windchill, ThingWorx, Creo and other PTC tools
- Are experienced in project management
- Can build great relationships with customers
- Have worked in the IT, industrial, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing sectors
- Are certified in key PTC products and technologies
- Understand reseller environments
