What will your day to day look like? You’ll be supporting surgical teams with the effective use of the client’s orthopaedic products – before, during, and after procedures. You can expect a typical day to involve:
- Providing in-theatre support and guidance on product use and best practices
- Delivering training to new and existing theatre staff
- Managing inventory and loan kits across NHS and private hospital sites
- Acting as the go-between for sales and clinical teams to support customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Attending regional events and symposiums as a brand ambassador
- Supporting stock audits, replenishment, and kit bookings
