Our client are searching for a Customer Success Manager to lead interactions with their pool of enterprise customers; you will be the main point of contact to answer any queries they have. Our client are looking to change workforce management solutions through their unique offering, which aims to increase overall productivity in the industry. What you’ll be doing As Customer Success Manager, you will be managing our clients pool of enterprise customers, being the main point of contact and answering any queries or concerns they may have. Your day to day might look a little like this: • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders within these enterprise organisations, building rapport and trust with all • Training new starters on our client’s product portfolio, and running refresher courses for established customers when required • Working efficiently with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from trial to full enterprise rollout • Liaising with other internal teams, such as Development and Marketing, to further improve the business through insight gathered from the market A bit about you Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK and consistently be able to travel to meet customers throughout the working week. You’ll have previous, successful experience working within the construction industry. It is essential that you fully understand the market you will be operating in. A few other key skills we are looking for: • Experience with SaaS customer account management, either as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager • A full, clean UK driving license is essential. You will be travelling to customer sites frequently during your week • Strong existing knowledge of construction software, or a passion and desire to become a subject expert • Previous experience of CRM software is preferred so you can jump right into the role Want to hear more?
