You have built your career around clinical conversations. Time with patients, credibility with clinicians, and the ability to explain complex products in a way that actually lands. Along the way, you have moved into sales too - not by dropping the clinical side, but by using it as your strength. What you want now is a role where both parts of your skillset really matter.

You are ready for a role that gives you more time out in the field talking to customers and less time buried in admin. A role with products you can really get behind. And a role that gives you clear progression, strong training, and the trust to deliver results for your patch - plus the knowledge that the work you are doing makes a real difference to patients.

This Clinical Sales Specialist role offers exactly that. You will work with a respected urology portfolio in a growing business, with clear targets, a bonus that rewards delivery, and the autonomy to do the job properly. This is a role built for someone who wants to keep developing and see where their career can really go.

Who is it for and what is in it for you? There has never been a better time to join this urology business – they are already a market leader, but they are also now in an ambitious growth phase. They are looking for people to help take the business further as they launch new acquisitions and take new products to market.

They are keen to support your growth, too. They offer a benefits package that has a whole host of perks – from a competitive bonus scheme, to a car allowance, to some flexible working options. There are also plenty of opportunities to continue your professional development here, through supported training and clear progression.

Plus, they are a company that is committed to giving back. From paid volunteering days, to matching charitable donations, to a focus on sustainability, they are all about making a positive impact on the world beyond just their products.

What will your day-to-day look like? You will join a growing team that is focused on upping market share and helping customers get the best out of their obstetrics products. Your role is all about speaking the language of the customers and helping to train and advise them on product use. An average day could look like:

  • Providing clinical education and advice to your customer base
  • Delivering top-quality training sessions for clinical staff
  • Meeting with customers to make sure they are satisfied with the products
  • Spotting and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Supporting existing account expansion
  • Using clinical papers to create evidence banks
  • Assisting in strategy planning and marketing campaigns
  • Preparing different status reports (including activity closings, follow-up, and forecasts)

Success in this role looks like hitting your targets to expand market share and win new clients. The company is rapidly growing, so this is a great role to really develop your career further.

This role will suit you if you:

  • Are a qualified Nurse (ideally with a background in Midwifery or gynaecology)
  • Have a proven track record in medical device sales within the UK
  • Can deliver engaging training sessions to clinical teams
  • Have a full, valid UK driving licence
  • Understand the healthcare business dynamics

Think this could be your next role? Then we would love to hear from you!
