Want to contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team? Our client is seeking a quick learner with great communication skills to join their team in supporting sales activities within the UK and Ireland.

What you’ll be doing: You will find, qualify and close sales with new customers who can benefit from the company’s products and services. You’ll have a strong understanding of the sales process and portfolio, research leads, start new relationships and set up the Territory Managers for success for the ongoing maintenance of the account.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market
  • Rapid qualification of leads submitted by partner organisations
  • Quoting using the quotation tool and closing sales wherever possible
  • Strong and consistent usage of the CRM system, quote and finance tools
  • Coaching Territory Managers, as required on pipeline utilisation and CRM use
  • Onboarding of high-value prospect accounts
  • Attend events as necessary

A bit about you: Ideally, you’ll be based in the South, UK. You’ll have sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets, with a proven ability to quote and close.

  • A self-starter, highly driven
  • Ability to hunt for new business using digital platforms, an expert in social selling
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology
  • Well organised, excellent administration skills and meticulous with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate and offer solutions to qualify a prospect
  • Preferably degree educated
