The best sales managers in healthcare don't sit on the sidelines. They're in the field, supporting their teams, coaching through challenges, and leading by example. They understand what good looks like because they've done the job themselves. This Regional Business Manager role combines the best of both worlds. You'll lead and develop a team while maintaining a close connection to customers, helping drive growth across a region that makes a genuine difference to patients living with chronic conditions. It's a role for someone who enjoys building high‑performing teams just as much as they enjoy winning business. You'll be trusted to shape regional strategy, coach individuals to higher levels of performance, and work with a product portfolio that is well respected by both clinicians and patients. Reporting directly to the UK Director, you'll have the visibility and responsibility that comes with a key leadership position, without losing touch with the commercial side of the business. For someone looking to step into greater leadership responsibility while remaining close to the action, this is a chance to build a successful region, develop a strong team, and play a meaningful role in the next stage of the company's growth.
