You know wound care is never just about the product. It's about trust, education, and building the right relationships with the people who can help patients heal faster. You've worked in wound care before, ideally around ulcers or negative pressure, and you know how to spot where better technology can make a real difference. This role is about turning those relationships into meaningful partnerships. You'll have ownership of partner growth, the freedom to open doors, and the chance to work with clinically proven neuromuscular electrostimulation technology that supports blood flow and healing.

Joining a small, growing healthcare business, you'll play a visible role in expanding territory revenue and building partnerships that actually move the needle. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys hunting for opportunity, managing accounts properly, and seeing commercial growth connect directly to better patient outcomes.

Our client develops and supplies award-winning wearable neuromuscular electrostimulation devices that are designed to improve blood flow in lower extremities to treat vascular related conditions and support chronic wound healing. Their portfolio is designed to improve patient outcomes and quality of life, as well as reducing pressure on existing healthcare systems through partnerships with hospitals and clinical providers.

What will your day to day look like?

The key focus of this role is to grow adoption of a clinically proven wound therapy device by building strategic NHS partnerships, supporting pathway inclusion, and helping healthcare teams understand its clinical and commercial value, as well as:

  • Developing relationships with Tissue Viability Nurses, Heads of Service, Procurement Leads, Specialist Nurses, and Clinical Strategy Groups
  • Identifying and progressing new opportunities across acute and community settings
  • Supporting formulary inclusion, pathway development, and long-term adoption
  • Delivering clinical and commercial presentations to multidisciplinary teams
  • Building evidence‑led value propositions and supporting partnership agreements
  • Using sales, usage, and market data to prioritise opportunities and manage risk
  • Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Development, and Leadership teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and planning territory activity effectively

This is a strong opportunity to deepen your expertise in wound care, develop your strategic partnership skills, and play a visible role in the growth of an innovative medical technology business.
