Maiores Áreas de Responsabilidades
- Realizar análises qualitativas de agricultores e distribuidores, contribuindo para a definição de limites de crédito adequados;
- Implementar ferramentas financeiras, tanto para negócios diretos quanto indiretos, com agricultores e distribuidores;
- Realizar visitas a agricultores e distribuidores para condução de negociações diversas;
- Identificar oportunidades e necessidades que contribuam para a mitigação de riscos financeiros e, simultaneamente, viabilizem novas vendas;
- Monitorar continuamente os riscos de inadimplência, adotando ações preventivas conforme necessário;
- Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos para capacitação das equipes regionais quanto às Políticas de Crédito & Cobrança da FMC.
Requisitos
- Graduado em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração ou Engenharia;
- Experiência em atividades de crédito e análise de riscos no campo;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Experiência na formalização das garantias (CPRs, Alienações, Duplicatas, Hipotecas, etc.);
- Experiência no processo de instrumentações financeiras (CRA, FDIC, Risk Share, etc.);
- Habilidades com pacote Microsoft Office e SAP;
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipe, resiliência, adaptabilidade, liderança e boa comunicação;
- Disponibilidade para residir em Luis Eduardo Magalhães/BA ou Primavera do Leste/MT;
- CNH B.
