As Key Account Manager you will be pivotal in managing and developing strategic partnerships with key distribution accounts across the UK. Acting as the primary link between our business and our customers, you will foster long-term, collaborative relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Location: This position is field based, working between your home office and customer sites UK wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution accounts across the UK.
  • Build strong professional relationships, developing a deep understanding of customers' businesses and needs to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through key distribution partners, supporting activities that engage end-users and deliver value.
  • Execute the agreed commercial strategy, monitoring performance and adapting plans to ensure delivery of business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution, from order placement to product delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and manage complaints effectively to maintain trust and long-term partnership.
Skills & Experience
  • Educated to degree level, ideally with a BASIS qualification.
  • Proven commercial track record within the agriculture sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
  • Confident in providing commercial support across a broad crop protection product portfolio, both internally and externally.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive and solutions-driven approach.
  • Strong influencing skills with a professional presence and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and ability to adapt to change in a dynamic market in order to deliver results.
