The role

We're looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for turning our paid and owned digital channels, and marketing spend into efficient, qualified demand and measurable pipeline.

This is a hands-on role with ownership of channel performance, budget efficiency, conversion optimisation, tracking, attribution and testing, with decisions driven by downstream MQL, SQL, Opportunity and pipeline quality rather than surface metrics.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Own digital demand generation across approved paid and owned channels, including targeting, budgets, launch calendar, KPI and tracking requirements.
  • Review channel and funnel performance every working day; diagnose movement by audience, creative/message, offer, landing page and funnel stage.
  • Optimise to qualified demand and downstream commercial quality, making explicit scale / stop / change / test decisions.
  • Control budget pacing, forecast spend, explain variance and recommend or execute reallocation within agreed approval limits.
  • Own Hub Spot campaign/source/UTM readiness, landing-page and form conversion, launch QA and attribution integrity with Rev Ops support.
  • Maintain an active experimentation backlog across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, landing pages and forms; record the learning and next action.
  • Hand leads to SDR / Sales with accurate source context and feed evidence on creative/message performance back to Brand & Performance Marketing.

Requirements, qualifications, minimum levels of experience

  • 3-5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, paid media or growth marketing.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of paid media, conversion funnels, landing pages and campaign optimisation.
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret data and make budget, channel and optimisation decisions.
  • Comfort with CPL, CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, MQL/SQL/Opportunity conversion, pipeline and attribution concepts.
  • Experience with Hub Spot or comparable CRM/marketing automation, source tracking and UTM governance.
  • Strong spreadsheet/dashboard literacy and experience partnering with Brand/Creative and Sales to improve full-funnel quality
