FMAS Group Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Bookkeeper to join our team in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting the finance function of the business. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-focused, confident with numbers, and able to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment records
- Process supplier invoices and customer payments
- Assist with VAT records and financial reporting
- Keep records of expenses, receipts, and invoices
- Support month-end reporting and management accounts
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams where required
- Maintain organised digital and paper financial records
- Support the finance team with general admin tasks
