FM Talent Partners are supporting a leading Facilities Management provider with the appointment of a senior UK Sales Director.
This is a significant commercial leadership role for an established FM sales leader who knows how to win major outsourced Facilities Management contracts and lead high-performing business development teams.
You’ll take responsibility for the sales strategy and performance of a team of Business Development Directors, driving new business across the UK and developing major strategic opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record of winning major Facilities Management contracts
- Has operated at Sales Director / Business Development Director / Commercial Director level
- Has successfully led and developed senior BD professionals
- Understands the UK outsourced FM market and complex procurement cycles
- Has strong relationships across the FM, property and corporate occupier markets
- Can combine strategic leadership with getting personally involved in major pursuits
Location: Ideally Northern England, although outstanding candidates will be considered UK-wide with hybrid working.
Package: Up to £175,000 basic + bonus
