What You'll Do:
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day‐to‐day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record‐keeping.
- Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
