What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
