We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a well-established Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. The Role
As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. Your duties will include:
- Maintenance, repair and installation of commercial plumbing systems
- Working on hot and cold water systems, pipework and sanitary ware
- Fault finding and diagnosing issues efficiently
- Carrying out minor installation and project work
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Providing high levels of service to clients on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber within a facilities management or building services environment
- Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Experience working on commercial systems
- Full UK driving licence
