Our client is a well-established and growing Facilities Management provider delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the West of Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people, offering ongoing training, excellent benefits and a clear progression pathway into a Supervisory or Team Leader position.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and small remedial works across a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail, industrial and public sector buildings. This role is ideally suited to an engineer with strong Commercial Gas experience who also holds F-Gas certification and enjoys working across a varied portfolio of mechanical and HVAC equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.
- Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
- Service, repair and maintain commercial gas systems.
