FM Search & Select are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover sites across South Lanarkshire. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with no on-call rota, offering a good work-life balance while still having the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
- Responding to reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Maintenance of lighting, power distribution and electrical plant
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Completing job reports and maintenance documentation
- Supporting general building services maintenance when required
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician (SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- 18th Edition
- Experience within commercial or facilities management environments
- Ability to clear a PVG check
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
