Salary: £45,000 per annum + package

Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management company operating across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, working across a portfolio of commercial properties delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical systems and equipment
  • Maintain lighting systems, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and safety standards
  • Complete job reports and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clients on-site and provide a high level of customer service
  • Support with general building services maintenance where required
  • Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • Proven experience within Facilities Management / commercial maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Basic air conditioning knowledge (preferred)
