Maintenance Electrician – Facilities Management | Elgin FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities management company, providing maintenance services across commercial buildings in and around the Moray area. This role is ideal for a skilled Electrician with expertise in electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance testing. Package: * £40,000 – £43,500 * Company vehicle & fuel card * On-call allowance * Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Workplace pension scheme & career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems within commercial properties. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime. * Perform testing, inspections, and compliance checks, including emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. * Assist with minor mechanical and fabric maintenance when required. * Work closely with other FM engineers to ensure smooth service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as needed.
