We’re working with a leading FM provider who’ve just secured several long-term commercial maintenance contracts across the Central Belt and they’re looking to add a skilled Maintenance Electrician to their growing team in Livingston.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that takes pride in doing things properly delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a mix of commercial and industrial sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
*
Diagnosing faults, repairs, and small installations
*
Supporting compliance testing — emergency lights, fire alarms, etc.
*
Ensuring all work meets health & safety and statutory requirements
*
Representing the business professionally with clients and site contacts
What You’ll Bring

Fully qualified Electrician (C&G / NVQ Level 3)
*
18th Edition (essential)
*
Testing & Inspection (2391) – desirable
*
Experience within facilities or building maintenance
