Maintenance Electrician – Glasgow & Central Belt Salary: Up to £42,000 per annumContracts: Facilities Management (FM) – Planned & Reactive MaintenanceLocation: Glasgow & Central BeltOverview FM Search & Select Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider. This role will involve delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial FM contracts throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of electrical systems and equipment.Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.Diagnose electrical faults and undertake repairs safely and efficiently.Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with current regulations.Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures.Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.Work independently or as part of a team to deliver excellent service to clients across multiple sites.Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition essential).SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds equivalent in Electrical Installation.Experience working in a building services or FM maintenance environment.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage workload across multiple sites.Full UK driving licence.Benefits Salary up to £42,000 per annum.Company van and fuel card.Overtime opportunities.Pension and additional company benefits.Opportunity to work with a well-established FM provider with long-term contracts.
