Maintenance Electrician – Inverness Inverness | Up to £42,000 + On-Call (1 in 4) + Overtime | Permanent We’re supporting a leading Facilities Management provider in their search for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team in Inverness. You’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of large commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence. The Role * Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and industrial sites. * Carry out electrical fault-finding, testing, inspection, and remedial works. * Ensure compliance with current electrical and safety regulations. * Support the wider FM team in delivering high standards of service and client satisfaction. * Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks), with overtime opportunities available. * Complete all work records accurately using tablet-based CAFM systems. What We’re Looking For * Time-served Maintenance Electrician with relevant qualifications (18th Edition, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * Experience working in commercial environments (retail, offices, public sector, or industrial). * Strong understanding of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance procedures. * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Full UK driving licence.
