Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity in the Midlothian area?
FMSS are recruiting for a client-facing, mobile electrician to join a growing FM business delivering high-quality building services across commercial sites.

The Role

You\’ll be carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across a variety of customer sites in Midlothian and surrounding areas. The role is mobile, so a company van and fuel card will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Electrical fault-finding, repairs, and planned maintenance

*

Emergency lighting, distribution boards, socket & lighting circuits

*

Minor installation and upgrade works as required

*

Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and testing regulations

*

Providing excellent customer service on-site

What You’ll Need

*

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

*

Previous experience in a commercial or FM maintenance role

*

Full UK driving licence (mobile role)

*

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

*

Testing & inspection certification (2391 or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
