We are excited to be supporting a leading Facilities Management company who have just secured a brand new FM contract across Scotland. They are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their growing team, providing both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial and retail sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a FM background who enjoys client-facing work and wants to be part of a fresh, long-term contract from the very start.

The Role

*

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance works across multiple sites.

*

Undertaking compliance checks including:

*

Emergency lighting testing

*

Water hygiene testing

*

Fire alarm testing

*

General building compliance duties

*

Supporting with small repairs and maintenance tasks as required.

*

Providing a professional, client-facing service at all times.

*

Option to join the on-call rota (with additional pay).

What We’re Looking For

*

Previous experience in a FM / maintenance role, ideally client-facing.

*

Strong understanding of compliance and testing procedures.

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.

*

Ability to work independently and travel across Scotland.

*

Full UK driving licence.
