Air Conditioning Engineer – East of Scotland 📍 East of Scotland – Mobile 💰 Up to £47,000 🚐 Company Van – Personal Use Included ⏰ 37.5 Hours per Week 💷 Plenty of Overtime Available FM Search & Select are working with an established Facilities Management business who are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their mobile team covering the East of Scotland. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied mobile role, working across a portfolio of commercial contracts including retail and hospitality sites. The Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of air conditioning systems across your portfolio, with duties including: * Carrying out PPM and planned maintenance on air conditioning systems * Attending reactive breakdowns and diagnosing faults * Completing repairs and remedial works * Carrying out small installation works where required * Fault finding across a range of AC equipment * Identifying and reporting follow-on works * Working across commercial, retail and hospitality environments * Managing your own workload and mobile schedule * Liaising directly with clients and providing a high standard of customer service * Completing all relevant job sheets and compliance documentation * Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards What We’re Looking For * Experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer * F-Gas qualification * Strong service, maintenance and fault-finding experience * Experience working within commercial environments * Comfortable carrying out small installation works * Good communication and client-facing skills * Able to work independently within a mobile role * Full UK driving licence Package 💰 Salary up to £47,000 ⏰ 37.5-hour working week 🚐 Company van with personal use 💷 Plenty of overtime available 📍 Mobile role covering the East of Scotland 📈 Opportunity to join an established FM business with a strong commercial portfolio If you’re an experienced AC Engineer looking for a strong basic salary, shorter working week and plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime, I’d be keen to speak with you. 📩 Apply today or contact FM Search & Select for a confidential chat
