We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio in Fife. This is a key role responsible for managing engineering teams, subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance and compliance activities are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of M&E services across multiple sites
- Lead and support engineering teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Oversee asset management, maintenance planning, and lifecycle activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and attend review meetings
- Manage budgets and support pricing of additional works
Requirements
- Experience in a Technical Facilities Manager or similar role
- Strong background in FM / Building Services
- Mechanical or electrical qualification
- IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)
- Experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
