About the Role

FM Search & Select are proud to be supporting a well-established, owner-managed HVAC contractor as they continue to grow their presence across Scotland. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead their Scottish division from the front.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing project delivery, leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring exceptional service to a wide range of commercial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within an ambitious and growing SME.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of HVAC projects across Scotland

Manage engineers, supervisors, and project teams

*

Oversee P&L performance, resource planning, and customer satisfaction

*

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

*

Act as the senior representative for the Scottish region, reporting to the Managing Director

Support business development and client relationship management
