The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled, and helping to deliver a high level of service to customers across a varied property portfolio. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers workloads
- Managing reactive and planned maintenance jobs
