FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee business development and account management across the Glasgow and Edinburgh regions. This opportunity is with a growing HVAC and Building Services distribution business supplying products and solutions across the FM and contractor market.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing relationships with contractors, FM companies, and building services clients while driving sales growth across the region. This is a hybrid role with the majority of time spent visiting clients and developing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Visiting customers across the region
  • Preparing and negotiating quotations
  • Working closely with internal sales and branch teams
  • Driving regional sales performance and growth
  • Maintaining strong relationships with contractors and FM providers

Package

  • Salary £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
  • Company car or £650 per month car allowance
  • Bonus scheme (up to 30% of salary)
  • 37.5 hour contract
  • Monday – Friday
  • Excellent long-term progression opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong HVAC / Building Services / FM sales background
  • Experience within wholesale distribution or technical sales
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
