FM Search & Select is growing and we’re looking to bring in a Recruitment Resourcer to support our FM recruitment delivery across Scotland. This is a candidate-focused role, working closely with our directors to source, engage, and manage high-quality FM and engineering professionals. You’ll be trusted to own candidate pipelines, work live roles, and play a visible part in successful placements. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the search, headhunt, and relationship side of recruitment and wants to develop within a specialist, growing business.

Founded in February 2025, FM Search & Select has quickly established itself in the Scottish FM market and is now appointed to multiple national PSLs. We are relationship-led, quality-driven, and not KPI obsessed. You’ll be supported directly by two directors with 20+ years’ FM recruitment experience in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and headhunting FM, engineering, and soft services professionals
  • Conducting candidate screening and qualification calls
  • Building and managing strong candidate pipelines
  • Supporting live roles from brief to placement
  • Maintaining regular, high-quality candidate communication
  • Updating CRM and supporting job advertising where needed
  • Working closely with recruiters to deliver against client expectations

About You

  • Experience in recruitment resourcing or a strong candidate-facing role
  • Confident engaging candidates and building relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple vacancies
  • Interested in long-term progression within recruitment
  • FM / engineering exposure beneficial but not essential
