FM Search & Select are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a portfolio of sites across Glasgow and Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role within a well-established FM company offering strong earning potential and a great benefits package.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems
  • Fault finding and repair of AC equipment
  • Servicing and maintaining a range of split systems, VRV/VRF and associated plant
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
  • Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
  • Providing high levels of customer service on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within a commercial or FM environment
  • FGas certification
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
