FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager to join a growing HVAC and Building Services distribution business based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company supplying HVAC equipment and building services products to contractors, FM providers, and commercial clients across the UK.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting existing clients, developing new relationships, preparing quotations, and helping drive branch sales performance. This is a client-facing role, with the opportunity to spend time visiting customers and building relationships alongside supporting the branch internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Preparing and following up quotations
  • Chasing outstanding quotes and enquiries
  • Supporting customers with product and pricing enquiries
  • Building strong relationships with contractors and FM providers
  • Working closely with branch and external sales teams
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Supporting overall branch sales performance

Package

  • Salary up to £40,000 DOE
  • 37.5 hour contract
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid working style (office based with client visits – not remote working)
  • Excellent progression opportunities within a growing business

Requirements

  • Previous experience within HVAC, Building Services, FM, or wholesale distribution
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience within internal sales, account management, or sales support
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
