We’re working with a well-established, growing mechanical services contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Estimator at senior or lead level. This is a key appointment, not a volume-estimating role. You’ll have real ownership of bids, influence over how estimating is done, and visibility at senior level within the business.
The Role
- Lead HVAC & mechanical tenders from enquiry to submission
- Price complex, high-value projects
- Provide commercial & technical input — not just numbers
- Review and sign off estimates
- Work closely with delivery teams post-award
