We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a national Facilities Management provider, working on a large, high-profile static site in Glasgow. This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance delivery, leading on-site engineering teams, and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with FM standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of electrical and multi-skilled engineers
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day site operations
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and company procedures
  • Allocate work, manage workloads, and monitor performance
  • Support fault finding and technical troubleshooting when required
  • Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and wider FM teams
  • Ensure accurate completion of reports, permits, and maintenance records

About You

  • Proven experience working within Facilities Management
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
  • Strong electrical background with hands-on maintenance experience
  • Confident managing engineers and coordinating workloads
  • Good knowledge of FM environments, SLAs, and compliance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
