The Role As an FM Planner, you ll be responsible for scheduling engineers, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works, and ensuring contractual service levels are consistently achieved.
Working closely with clients, engineers and subcontractors, you ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate engineers diaries to maximise productivity. * Schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works. * Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved. * Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and clients regarding appointments and job updates. * Monitor and reschedule works where necessary. * Update CAFM systems accurately with job progress and completion information. * Raise and manage work orders...
