FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management provider for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance across multiple local sites in and around Falkirk. This is a mobile supervisory role, responsible for leading maintenance teams, coordinating works across several sites, and ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.
The Role
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities across multiple commercial sites
- Lead and support on-site engineers carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Plan and allocate work to ensure efficient coverage across sites
- Act as the main electrical and supervisory point of contact
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, permits, and H&S procedures
- Manage subcontractors where required
- Complete reports, documentation, and compliance records
The Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified electrician
- Proven supervisory experience within a maintenance environment
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding background
- Confident leading teams and managing workloads
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
