We’re recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager to join a well-established and growing business within the commercial catering sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a customer service, sales, account coordination or client-facing background who is ready to take the next step into Account Management.
You don’t need to already be an Account Manager – we’re looking for someone confident, organised, commercially minded and great with customers who wants to learn and develop.
The Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing requirements.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects, services and customer requests are delivered on time.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing accounts.
- Support renewals, pricing reviews, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes and pipeline information.
- Work closely with sales, operations, finance, procurement and service teams.
- Ensure customer actions and commitments are followed through from start to finish.

Previous experience within customer service, sales, account coordination, hospitality, commercial catering, facilities, equipment, construction or another B2B environment would be beneficial.
