Commercial Plumber

Commercial Plumber – Facilities Maintenance – Glasgow FM Search & Select Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a leading FM company, providing maintenance services across commercial buildings in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber with experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, and repairs in a facilities environment. Package: * £37,000 – £40,000 per annum + overtime * Company vehicle & fuel card * On call allowance * Monday – Friday, full-time position * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Workplace pension scheme & career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plumbing systems in commercial properties * Diagnose and repair leaks, drainage issues, heating systems, and sanitary ware * Ensure all plumbing works comply with industry regulations and health & safety standards * Work closely with other FM engineers to provide an efficient service across various client sites * Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as required Qualifications & Skills: * SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent * Experience working in commercial or FM environments * Knowledge of hot & cold water systems, drainage, and heating systems * Legionella awareness and knowledge of compliance regulations (desirable) * Full UK driving licence If you're an experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow, apply today or contact Maxine McGrath at FM Search & Select Ltd
