We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business. This is a mobile role covering Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Maintenance of hot and cold water systems
- Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems
- Minor installations and replacement works
- Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
- Completing job sheets and service documentation
- Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber
- Strong commercial maintenance experience
- FM or Building Services background advantageous
- Relevant plumbing qualifications
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
