We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and growing Building Services business. This is a mobile role covering Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

The Role

  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Fault finding and remedial works
  • Maintenance of hot and cold water systems
  • Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems
  • Minor installations and replacement works
  • Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
  • Completing job sheets and service documentation
  • Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber
  • Strong commercial maintenance experience
  • FM or Building Services background advantageous
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
