Overview

Commercial Gas Supervisor – Central Belt of Scotland (East-based role). Permanent – Up to £52,000pa.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting a team of Commercial Gas Engineers across multiple sites
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown works
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with Gas Safe regulations, H&S standards, and company procedures
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for engineers, clients, and management
  • Carrying out site inspections, audits, and quality checks
  • Supporting job planning, labour allocation, and performance management
  • Liaising with clients to ensure service delivery and contract KPIs are met
  • Completing reports, documentation, and certification accurately

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer, ideally with supervisory or lead experience
  • Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1 / CODNCO1 or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial gas systems
  • Good people-management and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable working across multiple commercial sites
