Site Cleaning Manager – Large Industrial Site

North Glasgow | Monday–Friday, Rotating Shifts | £34,000

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Site Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations at a large static industrial site in North Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved when needed, while driving high cleaning standards across the site.

The Role

Lead, supervise, and support the cleaning team to deliver consistently high standards across a busy industrial environment.

*

Provide day-to-day management, working closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure comprehensive coverage.

*

Operate on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:30 or 09:00–17:30) to maintain effective management presence throughout operating hours.

*

Oversee rota planning, staff allocation, and absence cover.

*

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

*

Liaise with client representatives to maintain strong working relationships.

*

Get involved in cleaning duties where necessary to support the team and lead by example.
