We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their mobile team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business delivering maintenance services across a range of commercial contracts throughout the Central Belt.
The Role
- As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
- Plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings.
- Fault finding and repair of water systems, pipework, and drainage.
- Carrying out PPM and reactive works in line with SLA/KPI targets.
- Basic maintenance on heating systems and associated plant.
- Supporting wider building services teams where required.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
- Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with clients on site.
About You
- Experience working as a Commercial Plumber within Facilities Management.
- Strong experience in maintenance (PPM & reactive).
- Relevant qualifications (SVQ/NVQ in Plumbing & Heating).
- A good understanding of commercial plumbing systems.
- A proactive approach.
