We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a strong joinery background to join a growing and dynamic business. This role will involve managing multiple small-to-medium sized projects simultaneously, typically ranging from £10k to £100k, across a variety of sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed from a hands-on joinery background into project management and is confident overseeing projects from initial pricing through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects concurrently from inception through to completion
- Oversee works ranging from £10k – £100k in value
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors across various trades
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Assist with pricing, estimating, and tender submissions
- Produce and review project costings and variations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently to keep projects on track
- Background in joinery (essential)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in pricing, estimating, and tendering
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Salary £50,000 – £55,000
