FM Search & Select Ltd is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a national facilities management company, providing maintenance services across Ayrshire down to Scottish borders. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial environments.
Package:
- £38,000 - £41,000
- Company vehicle & fuel card
- On-call allowance
- Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in split systems, VRV/VRF units, and air handling units.
- Perform F-Gas compliance checks and refrigerant management.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist with minor mechanical and electrical maintenance when required.
- Work collaboratively with other FM engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079) qualification (essential)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- Experience in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- 18th edition (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
