About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established installation, service, and maintenance business covering the North of Scotland and the Highlands.
This role offers a great mix of planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and installation work across a diverse range of commercial, industrial and residential clients. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values technical excellence, quality workmanship, and a hands-on, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and chillers).
*
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
*
Undertake installation and upgrade projects as required across the region.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with F-Gas regulations and company procedures.
*
Build strong relationships with clients, representing the company professionally on site.
*
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
About You
*
Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer with relevant F-Gas certification.
*
Experience in service, maintenance, and installation across commercial or industrial environments.
*
Experience of maintaining heat pumps would be an advantage.
*
Self-motivated and able to work independently across a large geographical area.
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
