We’re recruiting for a confident and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy site in Aberdeen. This is a key role within the FM team, acting as the link between on-site operations, specialist contractors and the client. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes, this could be a great move. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the delivery of facilities services to agreed standards
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring performance on site
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures
- Coordinating maintenance works and resolving service issues
- Managing purchase orders and approving invoices
- Supporting cost control and budget tracking
- Carrying out routine service checks and performance reviews
- Working closely with security and other support teams
- Acting as a key contact for client queries and service updates
- Providing team support and cover when required
You’ll play an important role in maintaining site standards, service delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience within a Facilities Management or site coordination role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Experience working with contractors or supply partners
