Maintenance Electrician – Mobile Loanhead (Mobile Role) Up to £40,000 – £42,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity in the Midlothian area? FMSS are recruiting for a client-facing, mobile electrician to join a growing FM business delivering high-quality building services across commercial sites. The Role You\’ll be carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across a variety of customer sites in Midlothian and surrounding areas. The role is mobile, so a company van and fuel card will be provided. Key responsibilities include: * Electrical fault-finding, repairs, and planned maintenance * Emergency lighting, distribution boards, socket & lighting circuits * Minor installation and upgrade works as required * Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and testing regulations * Providing excellent customer service on-site What You’ll Need * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) * Previous experience in a commercial or FM maintenance role * Full UK driving licence (mobile role) * Strong communication skills and a proactive approach * Testing & inspection certification (2391 or equivalent) – desirable but not essential What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £42,000 * Company van + fuel card * Monday to Friday, 40-hour week * Overtime opportunities available * Ongoing training and development This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to join a respected FM business with a solid client base and supportive team culture.
