Contracts Manager π Edinburgh & East of Scotland | Full-Time | HVAC & Maintenance Contracts About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management and HVAC maintenance contracts to join a leading FM provider. Based in Edinburgh and covering the East of Scotland, you will be responsible for managing multi-site contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager with a technical HVAC/FM background to step into a pivotal role, delivering excellence across a diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance contracts across Edinburgh and the East. * Lead and support engineering teams, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact. * Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned contracts. * Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety legislation. * Support business development through contract renewals and identifying additional opportunities. Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within FM or building services. * Strong technical background in HVAC, M&E maintenance, or engineering services. * Experience managing multi-site contracts with both PPM and reactive works. * Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. * Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and financial management. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands. Qualifications & Certifications * HVAC trade background (e.g. Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Services). * IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety certification desirable. * FM/Management qualifications advantageous. * Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
