As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll be supporting 2 Financial Advisors alongside a Paraplanner, playing a key role in delivering excellent service to clients. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be involved throughout the full financial planning process, whether that's wealth management or mortgage administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Building strong client relationships - welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information
- Meeting preparation - preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks
- Processing - issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo)
- Provider liaison - chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward
